Subscription & Billing Terms

All paid subscriptions on DaddyBear Den™ are offered on a recurring basis and will auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorize Topman Media LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in USD (United States Dollars).

• Billing Descriptor: Charges will appear on your statement as TOPMAN MEDIA LLC. This descriptor is intentionally discreet and does not reference the nature of the service.
• Founding Member Rate: Subscribers who join during the founding period will have their rate locked for the duration of their active, uninterrupted subscription. If a Founding Member subscription lapses or is cancelled, the founding rate may not be reinstated.
• Cancellation: You may cancel at any time by visiting daddybearden.com/account and selecting “Cancel Subscription” from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.
• Disputes & Chargebacks: Before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer, please contact us directly at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue promptly. Most billing issues can be resolved within 24–48 hours. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in account suspension.
• Price Changes: Topman Media LLC reserves the right to change pricing for new subscribers at any time. Existing subscribers will receive no less than 30 days’ advance notice of any price changes affecting their subscription.
• Refunds: All sales are final unless otherwise required by applicable law. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge.
• Free Trial: The free tier provides 5 trial messages following email verification. No payment information is required to access the free trial. The free trial does not automatically convert to a paid subscription.
