By accessing or using DaddyBear Den™ (“the Service”), operated by Topman Media LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.

DaddyBear Den™ provides access to AI-generated conversational personas for entertainment purposes. All personas are entirely fictional and AI-generated. No real human beings are involved in conversations.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
Subscription features, persona availability, and pricing are subject to change. Changes to paid subscription features will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. We do not guarantee any specific quality, character consistency, or response behavior from AI personas.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

All content on DaddyBear Den™ — including but not limited to persona names, persona designs, images, copy, branding, and AI system prompts — is the intellectual property of Topman Media LLC and is protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.
The following are registered trademarks of Topman Media LLC: DaddyBear Den™, DaddyBear™, Dom Daddy™, Rough Daddy™, Breeder Daddy™, Coach Bear™, Mentor Bear™, Heart Bear™, Dad Bear™, and Mindful Bear™.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Service without prior written permission from Topman Media LLC.
AI-generated conversation output produced through the Service is owned by Topman Media LLC. Personal, non-commercial use of your own conversation history is permitted. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Topman Media LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that AI persona responses will be accurate, appropriate, or consistent.
The Wellness Den personas are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on AI-generated content for decisions that affect your health, safety, or legal rights.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPMAN MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall Topman Media LLC’s total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Topman Media LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Topman Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, misrepresentation of age, or any use of the Service that is illegal or harmful.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 06 (Intellectual Property), 07 (Disclaimers), 08 (Limitation of Liability), and 10 (Governing Law) survive termination.
You may cancel your subscription at any time per the terms in our Billing Terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property disputes.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Topman Media LLC.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
