By accessing or using DaddyBear Den™ (“the Service”), operated by Topman Media LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this Service.
These Terms of Use apply to all visitors, users, and subscribers of DaddyBear Den™. Use of the Service constitutes your full acceptance of these terms.

You agree to provide accurate and current information when creating your account. Topman Media LLC is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
DaddyBear Den™ is a text-based AI companion and chat platform. Users interact exclusively with fictional AI-generated personas inside a private member application. All personas are entirely fictional and AI-generated. No persona is a real person, celebrity, public figure, performer, content creator, or licensed professional of any kind. No real human beings are involved in any conversation on this platform. Users are interacting with AI-generated text responses only.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with or without notice.
Subscription features, persona availability, and pricing are subject to change. Changes to paid subscription features will be communicated with reasonable advance notice.
AI-generated responses may occasionally be inaccurate, inconsistent, or unexpected. We do not guarantee any specific quality, character consistency, or response behavior from AI personas.
DaddyBear Den™ is a text-based AI companion and chat platform. Users interact exclusively with fictional AI-generated personas inside a private member application. This platform is not a content marketplace, creator platform, live streaming service, escort or dating platform, or adult content distribution network of any kind.
DaddyBear Den™ does not allow users, third-party content providers, creators, performers, or external contributors to upload, publish, stream, sell, or distribute adult content through the platform. All content is generated exclusively by AI systems operated and controlled by Topman Media LLC. No user-generated content of any kind is hosted or distributed on this platform.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on DaddyBear Den™ under all circumstances. This platform maintains effective policies and technical safeguards to prevent the generation, display, or distribution of any content involving:
All AI personas on this platform are built on safety-aligned AI models and are programmed with system-level instructions that expressly prohibit the generation of any of the above categories. Users who attempt to solicit prohibited content will have their accounts terminated immediately.
DaddyBear Den™ does not use marketing language that gives the impression that prohibited content is available on this platform. All marketing materials are reviewed to ensure they do not attract users seeking illegal or prohibited content.
We support a formal complaint process for reporting content that may be illegal or otherwise violate our standards or applicable card network requirements.
How to submit a complaint: Send a written complaint to support@topmanmedia.org with the subject line “Content Complaint.” Please include a description of the content, when it was encountered, and the reason you believe it violates our standards.
Review and resolution: All complaints will be acknowledged within one (1) business day and fully reviewed and resolved within five (5) business days of receipt.
Illegal content: If our review yields evidence of illegal content, that content will be removed immediately upon confirmation, regardless of the five-day review window.
Appeal of removal: Any person depicted in content who wishes to request its removal may contact us at support@topmanmedia.org. Because all content on this platform is entirely AI-generated and no real persons are depicted, removal requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If consent cannot be established or is void under applicable law, content will be removed immediately.
Topman Media LLC maintains effective policies to ensure that DaddyBear Den™ is not used in any way that promotes, facilitates, or supports human trafficking, sex trafficking, or physical abuse.

Violations are grounds for immediate account termination and reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Topman Media LLC will cooperate fully with any law enforcement investigation related to trafficking or exploitation.

All content on DaddyBear Den™ — including but not limited to persona names, persona designs, images, copy, branding, and AI system prompts — is the intellectual property of Topman Media LLC and is protected by applicable trademark, copyright, and trade secret laws.
DaddyBear Den™, DaddyBear™, Dom Daddy™, Rough Daddy™, Breeder Daddy™, Coach Bear™, Mentor Bear™, Heart Bear™, and Dad Bear™ are trademarks, service marks, brand names, or proprietary assets owned or claimed by Topman Media LLC.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on this Service without prior written permission from Topman Media LLC.
AI-generated conversation output produced through the Service is owned by Topman Media LLC. Personal, non-commercial use of your own conversation history is permitted. Commercial use or redistribution is prohibited.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Topman Media LLC does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. We do not warrant that AI persona responses will be accurate, appropriate, or consistent.
The Wellness Den personas are for entertainment purposes only and do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or professional advice of any kind. Do not rely on AI-generated content for decisions that affect your health, safety, or legal rights.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOPMAN MEDIA LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
In no event shall Topman Media LLC’s total liability to you for all claims related to the Service exceed the amount you paid to Topman Media LLC in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. In such jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.
Topman Media LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.
Grounds for immediate termination include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, chargebacks, misrepresentation of age, or any use of the Service that is illegal or harmful.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections 10 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Disclaimers), 12 (Limitation of Liability), and 14 (Governing Law) survive termination.
You may cancel your subscription at any time per the terms in our Billing Terms.
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in a court of competent jurisdiction for intellectual property disputes.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Topman Media LLC.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
